What utilities are available, and what is included in the rent?

The townhouses include several great amenities such as water, wifi, weekly garbage removal, snow removal, lawn care, driveway parking, free in-unit laundry, and they even come fully furnished! The only other thing you will need to pay for is heat and electric!

Do you offer short-term leases?

The lease terms we offer are ten months and twelve months. However, it’s always great to ask us directly anyway!

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes! To reserve your place, you will first need to pay a holding deposit. This is a part of the security deposit that we ask you to pay upfront. Once that is paid, then the remainder of your security deposit will need to be paid before move in!

Townhouses furnished

The townhouses provide couches, love seats, dining tables and chairs, beds, drawers, and TVs in the living room.


We are within minutes of Syracuse University, Downtown, Destiny Mall, and lots of great shops and restaurants!

Bus Route

We are directly on a bus route line that comes every 40 minutes. However, students often take the bus at Manley Field House across the street, which comes every 10 minutes!
